History
Twenty years in the business, such is the quantity that best describes the progress of a company that managed to become a leader in the stage design market. The company now uses the knowledge acquired through years of work experience and field testing.
La Scenografia (Staging) had birth in Rome, its founder being Roberto Ciambrone. Upon completion of his formation as a “creative graphic designer”, a title which he achieved in the Institute of art in the Academy of Rome, he decides to take the crucial step to coronate his dream.
It is a story of enterpreneurial activity made of tenaciousness and strong link with stage production, but also of classic passion of a family of enterpreneurs which now operates in the aforementioned sector.
Starting with simple film production, little by little Roberto gave birth to an enterprise which became a reference point for the staging market. Starting from the 80s, he expanded his production to all elements with a link tostaging, contributing to the evolution of his activity.
From the 90s, integrated technology and production became distinctive qualities of the company, which achieved the completion of the necessary production equipment and machines to guarantee excellent standards and flexibility to satisfy the continuous requests of customers.
From the year 2000, business grew even more, and along with it the awareness to quality development. The company signs agreements with formation institutes in the sector, favouring the optimization of intellectual resources, but also the transfer of knowledge to new intellectual and artistic fields related to the sector.
In 2002, keeping faith to its restless search for innovation of its already highly technological activity, Ciambrone decides to modernize all the machine group and completely renovates the entire factory. The stage manufacturing sector (wood and metal work) becomes physically separated from that consisting of administration and representative offices. The tenical-projectual offices, on the other hand, although being separated physically as well, are perfectly integrated with the manufacturing area, given the necessity of constant cooperation between the manufacturing and production sectors.
In the last couple years, 2005-2007, Ciambrone launches a new cycle in continuation of the precedent one, but more specifically focused on growth, in order to be able to define specific actions of sustainability and development of the sector. The company, infact, is currently in a phase of completion of its certification by the ISO 9001 standard, which is a crucial document for best management, and a proof of the attention payed to the conformation of its production processes.
In order to be up-to-date, while being able to punctually satisfy its customers’ requests, a progect management service has been activated within La Scenografia. Such service involves specialists in the field, which work both for the development of new activities and events, and for the creation of new stage designs. In this way, a group of workers has been put together, operating in the search of new services relating to the criteriae of commercial expansion, which are more and more necessary.

 

Other than the above, lately the company has achieved important goals which are briefly described below:

1.a solid economic stability has been reached;
2.the effort put into important infrastructural investments has continued in order to grant full operation of company resources;
3.the new team has been established, now as a cooperative sector to the company, allowing the direct involvement of professionals in productional choices;
4.a database has been formulated in its headquarters, fruit of the cooperation between artistic personnel and a technician specialized in the sector.
